Our Story
After immigrating to Hawaii, our family missed the nostalgic taste of beef flank look fun that we loved back in Guangdong, China. We wanted to bring the authentic taste and texture of look fun to Hawaii and share it with everyone.
Our family opened our first restaurant, Lagoon Chinese Restaurant near the airport in 2002. After years of hard work and learning through experience, we were able to open our second family restaurant, Lam’s Kitchen in 2009 in Honolulu’s Chinatown. We continue to handmake look fun everyday to satisfy our loyal customers.
我和家人移民到夏威夷定居後,我和家人很想念在中國廣東最愛吃的地道美食“牛筋腩湯粉”,很想念这个的家乡味道。 我們希望將真實的家乡味道和質感帶到夏威夷,並與大家分享。
我和家人於2002年在機場附近開設了第一家餐廳 Lagoon Chinese Restaurant。經過多年的辛勤工作和經驗積累,我們又於2009年在檀香山唐人街開設了第二家分店林記餐馆,我們一如既往地每天生产新鲜手工製作具有独特风味和高品质美食,以滿足我們的忠實顾客,非常感谢忠实顾客的支持和认可!
